Right of return

CONDITIONS IN WHICH THE ORDER CAN BE RETURNED:

1. WAIVER OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITHOUT INVOLVING ANY REASON, ACCORDING TO THE DISTANCE TRADE LAW (GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE NO. 34/2014) GEO 34/2014

According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts: if the ordered product is not what you wanted, you can return it to be changed or to return the value of the product, less transport costs in a time interval of 14 calendar days from the date of acquisition, without invoking a reason and without penalties.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR DEMARTS AT THE TIME OF CLAIM

We do our best to deliver the products in perfect condition. But if you receive a defective product, all you have to do is contact the esipcametalica.ro team and we will arrange for the product to be replaced.

In the case of products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you accept the products and contact us, we will urgently ship the products in exchange at no additional cost.

3. WRONG DELIVERED PRODUCTS

If a product other than the one ordered was delivered to you, please report this as soon as possible in order to return the product and replace it with the correct one. If the replacement is agreed with a product of a higher value, you will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in the original packaging and accompanied by all the original accessories and documents.

Shipping costs for returned products will be borne by the customer.

Products that show physical changes, bumps, shards, scratches (not reported as aesthetic defects in the first 48 hours after receiving the product) are not accepted for return.

The customer can give up the return decision even after the returned product came into the possession of the Supplier. In this case, the costs of returning or relocating the product are in the Client’s attributions.

You have the right to return all or part of the order, but you can not return less than one complete product (1 linear meter of slat).

In case of exceeding the term of 14 days, the Buyer loses the right to return the product (to withdraw from the contract). In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Funds will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days of verifying the returned package. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended to 14 days. The funds will be returned to you depending on the payment method you originally chose.

If the order has been paid in cash or by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account mentioned by you on the Return Form.

For orders paid with the card through the MobilPay Netopia payment processor, the money will be refunded through the same channel and to the account from which the payment was received.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).

NOTE! We do not accept packages with cash on delivery. We do not accept packages whose sender cannot be identified. We do not pick up parcels from the Romanian Post or any other Post Office.

 DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are delivered from our warehouse in Galati and arrive at the destination within 1-5 working days of order registration. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders placed.

The products are delivered by Sameday Courier.
